Communicopia had the good fortune to do Frogfile's initial branding.  We have been excited to see them grow and continue to make change in the community. This upcoming Expo will be an important gathering point for green businesses in BC.

Village Real Estate

Nashville's Community Real Estate Specialists

Real estate entrepreneur Mark Deutschmann knows more and more people don't just want a home, they want a community. That's why he pioneered a new style of urban development, with a mission to build stronger, more progressive communities and create neighbourhood wealth.

Since 1996 Mark has done this by builiding one of the largest and fastest growing real estate firms in Nashville, TN. Village focuses on the consumer seeking alternatives to cookie-cutter houses and urban sprawl, working only with agents who — like their clients — prefer living and working in neighbourhoods where people interact and care for each other. And with each and every sale a donation is made to the Village Fund, which has donated over $250,000 in cash to over 120 organizations working for a more livable Nashville.

Communicopia has been Village's online marketing agency since 2000, and in 2006 launched two new websites for the company. Village Real Estate's main website, and Nashville City Living, Mark's new site promoting his latest venture — urban style loft developments revitalizing the downtown core.

Mark's business has also been supported by Renewal Partners, Communicopia's venture investor and client.

Hollyhock Retreat Centre

Canada’s Leading Educational Retreat Centre

Refreshing the key elements of the Hollyhock brand was a true delight. Hollyhock’s business is based on transformational experiences that change lives - and it is one of the few organizations that can consistently deliver on that claim.

Hollyhock is Canada's leading educational retreat centre. A place for individuals and groups to come together to promote vision, renewal, strategy, team building, well-being, and social change, Hollyhock exists to support people who are making the world better. Understanding these sensibilities was key to crafting Hollyhock’s website and online newsletter.

For over five years we have provided online services that support the work of Hollyhock. In 2006 we led the board and senior staff through a Brand Mantra process to renew and unearth what continues to make its work so unique after 24 years. This layed the foundation for a new website, email newsletter template, and online community.

A big supporter of Hollyhock, we donated 50% of our fees for these projects to Hollyhock. Each September, we also host our Web of Change gathering to introduce even more people to the Hollyhock experience.

Check out the Hollyhock experience yourself at www.hollyhock.ca.
